Mr. Skelly joined L&B in 2019 with responsibilities focused in portfolio management and acquisitions. During his time at L&B he has managed a portfolio of over $3.6 billion in AUM across all four major property types including life science and cold storage. Additionally, he has lead and assisted the acquisition and development of $414 million of cold storage, $890 million of life science, and $361 million of office.

Prior to joining L&B, Mr. Skelly worked at EB Arrow, a $1.5 billion retail focused value-add fund, as an asset management analyst. Mr. Skelly received his BA and MBA from Southern Methodist University.
