Ms. Baureis is an Associate Director for L&B Realty Advisors and has 5 years of commercial real estate experience involving property management, operations, asset management and redevelopment.

Ms. Baureis joined L&B in 2022 and her responsibilities include quarterly reports, annual budgets/asset plans, property valuations, managing all aspects of the asset operations, leasing and property management and driving leasing activities and initiating CapEx projects.

Prior to joining L&B, Ms. Baureis worked as a Property/Asset Manager at Northwood Retail, a subsidiary of Northwood Investors. There she oversaw all operational and financial duties for four retail assets including mixed-use, office and residential components.

Ms. Baureis received a BBA from The University of Richmond and an MBA with a Real Estate concentration from Southern Methodist University.
