Mr. Glidewell is responsible for a $1.4B portfolio of multifamily assets totaling 2,200 units ranging from ground-up development to stabilized core. He joined L&B in 2022 with 13 years of real estate experience across multiple property types and investment strategies. Prior to L&B, Mr. Glidewell was a Director at UBS Realty where he oversaw a $875MM portfolio of 2,300 multifamily units across the western half of the U.S. He also spent six years at Invesco Real Estate where he held positions in both asset management and valuations.

Mr. Glidewell earned a BBA in Real Estate Finance from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University. He is a member of the National Multifamily Housing Council.
