Ms. McAuley joined L&B in 2023 with 22 years of commercial real estate experience including asset management, acquisitions, dispositions, property management, and self-storage development.

Prior to joining L&B Ms. McAuley was a Director at Crow Holding Capital – Real Estate in their value-add Fund strategy for retail acquisitions, and multi-product asset management of over 3.5 million square feet of retail, industrial and office assets.

Ms. McAuley is a Certified Public Accountant and received a BBA in Finance from the University of Texas at Arlington and an MBA in Accounting from the University of Phoenix. She is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers and a licensed CPA in Texas.
