Mr. Cronister has been with L&B since 2018 and has over 20 years of institutional commercial real estate experience, including asset management, joint venture development, operations, leasing, and dispositions for office, industrial, multifamily, and retail across the risk/reward strategy spectrum.

While at L&B, Mr. Cronister has been responsible for multifamily asset management which includes over 7,000 units, representing $3 billion in market value. The portfolio ranges from stabilized core assets to joint venture development projects located in major markets throughout the country.

Prior to joining L&B, Mr. Cronister was a Managing Director at ORIX USA where he led the asset management group in the strategic planning, leasing and disposition of a nationwide portfolio of office, retail, industrial and multifamily assets with a cumulative market value in excess of $4 billion.
