Mr. Griffis rejoined L&B in 2022. He previously held the same position with L&B from 2007-2017. His responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, negotiating, and closing office and industrial real estate investments. Mr. Griffis has acquired or developed109 industrial assets totaling $2.15 billion.

Mr. Griffis has also worked for a national real estate developer and Invesco Real Estate as a senior director of acquisitions.

Mr. Griffis received his BS and MS from the University of North Texas. He is currently involved in the Urban Land Institute, National Association of Industrial and Office Parks, and the Texas Real Estate Council.
