Christian T. Metten
Executive Vice President
Mr. Metten is the senior portfolio manager for the L&B Core Income Partners, L.P. and portfolio manager for a separate account client. He is responsible for managing all client communications and formulation of investment strategy, the acquisition and asset/construction management process as well as managing client equity and joint venture partners. Mr. Metten previously served as the portfolio manager for a private client’s real estate portfolio with investments in excess of $500 million. Mr. Metten also serves on the firm’s Investment Committee.
Before joining the portfolio management group, Mr. Metten was responsible for sourcing, underwriting, negotiating and closing office, retail, multifamily and industrial projects.
Prior to joining L&B in 2000, Mr. Metten held various corporate finance and real estate positions in both public and private companies with his primary focus in areas such as site selection, mergers & acquisitions, debt financing and analysis.
Mr. Metten graduated from Texas A&M University in 1992 with a BBA in Finance. Mr. Metten is currently a member of the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries, Pension Real Estate Association, Texas Association of Public Retirement Systems and is in the process of becoming a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM).
Christine M. Mullis

Christine M. Mullis, Executive Vice President, Portfolio Management
Ms. Mullis has been with L&B since 1995 is a member of the firm’s Investment Committee. She is currently responsible for managing the portfolios of four separate account clients. Ms. Mullis has experience with both value-add strategies, which include development and redevelopment projects, and traditional core portfolios for all property types. She is responsible for client communication, leading the client team in setting strategy and developing the portfolio investment plan, and acting as the client advocate. Ms. Mullis also provides oversight of the acquisition, disposition, financing, asset management and construction management functions to ensure compliance with client guidelines and investment plans. In addition, she manages oversight of joint venture partners including coordination of partnership documents and monitoring compliance with documents.
Prior to joining L&B, Ms. Mullis was an accountant at Prentiss Properties. Ms. Mullis is a Certified Public Accountant and earned her BBA degree from the University of Texas at Arlington. She is a member of several professional organizations including National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries, Pension Real Estate Association, Texas Association of Public Employee Retirement Systems, and Texas State Board of Public Accountants.
Jon D. Molnoskey
Jon Molnoskey joined L&B in 2007. His responsibilities include assisting with the management of over $2.0 billion of equity investments on behalf of separate account clients and commingled funds. This involves providing support in setting strategy, developing annual investment plans, and oversight of the acquisition, disposition, financing, asset management and construction management functions to ensure compliance with client guidelines and investment strategy. Mr. Molnoskey has managed portfolios for separate account clients, as well as a discretionary commingled fund that focused on all asset types and was comprised of Core, Value-add and Opportunistic strategies.
Prior to L&B, Mr. Molnoskey was a commercial mortgage banker at BMC Capital, a real estate mortgage banking firm, originating debt for multifamily and commercial assets. Mr. Molnoskey worked for Orix Capital Markets as a loan servicing analyst and Capmark Finance as a real estate analyst performing transaction underwriting, due diligence inspections and closing over $250 million in senior debt for multifamily, retail, industrial and hospitality projects.
Mr. Molnoskey earned a BAAS in Business Administration from St. Edward’s University and a Master of Science in Real Estate from The University of Texas at Arlington. He is a licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI), Texas Real Estate Council (TREC), ICSC and National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries.
Mark P. Faraldo
Executive Vice President
Mark P. Faraldo is Executive Vice President, and a member of L&B Management Committee. He manages a portfolio of approximately $2 billion on behalf of a non-discretionary pension plan client. His responsibilities include oversight of the acquisition, disposition, financing, asset management and construction management functions to ensure compliance with client guidelines and investment plans. In addition, he guides the client team as it applies research to manage risk and identify new investment opportunities for the client.
Prior to joining L&B in 1988, Mr. Faraldo was Vice President of Republic Bank of Dallas, where he handled Planning and Product Development for the Real Estate Banking Group, Senior Analyst at Aetna Life & Casualty, and Assistant Vice President at Maryland National Bank.
Mr. Faraldo earned his BS/BA from Bucknell University in 1976 where he graduated with a degree in accounting.
Rui Shi is Director, portfolio management. She currently works on three discretionary separate accounts with an aggregated market value of over $700 million, with 20 properties and over 3.5 million of rentable sq. ft. Mrs. Shi has experience in all major product types and investment strategies.
Mrs. Shi currently leads L&B’s firm effort in bringing strategic Asian capital partners to the United States and is responsible for new business development, product design, portfolio strategy, and investment execution.
Ms. Shi is a CFA Charter holder, a Certified Commercial Investment Manager (CCIM), and an active member of NCREIF. She is a member of REIS (co-sponsored by NCREIF and PREA) Performance and Risk Workgroup, and chairs the multi-disciplinary REIS Key Leverage Measures Task Force.
Ms. Shi joined L&B in 2000 as an Equity Research Analyst, and has worked in both Research and Portfolio Management. Prior to L&B, Mrs. Shi was a Ph. D. Candidate in Economics attending Southern Methodist University (SMU) where she finished most of the Ph.D. required courses. Ms. Shi earned a BA degree in Economics from Renmin University in China in 1998, and a MA degree in Economics en Route to Ph. D. from SMU in 2000.
Stacie S. Crown
Executive Vice President
Stacie S. Crown joined L&B Realty Advisors in 1994. She has 18 years of experience in real estate including the management of over $1.4 billion in core and value added strategies held in separate accounts and a commingled fund. She leads the client teams in setting strategy and developing annual investment plans to ensure client return objectives are met. Her responsibilities include oversight of the acquisition, disposition, financing, asset management and construction management functions. She also manages joint venture relationships and structures partnership documents.
Ms. Crown joined L&B Realty Advisors from The Hampstead Group, a real estate investment management firm where she served three years as Controller and Director of Investor Reporting. Prior to The Hampstead Group, Stacie worked in public accounting for two large public accounting firms where she was responsible for the audits of a broad range of companies with a focus on real estate.
Ms. Crown is a Certified Public Accountant and received her BS in accounting in 1985 from the University of West Florida and is a member of the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries, Pension Real Estate Association, Urban Land Institute and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
